Card payments carry a 1.5% + £0.70 processing fee per booking on both plans. Clients you add yourself are commission-free; clients BestTalk introduces to you through matching carry a commission.

Questions
Can I use BestTalk just for my existing clients?
Yes. That is what most psychologists start with. Add your clients and run your practice from one place. Being listed for new clients is optional.
What counts as an active client on the Free Starter Tier - 3 Customer max plan?
A client with a session booked, or who has had one with you in the last 90 days. Clients who have finished therapy stop counting towards the limit of 3.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. The Free Starter Tier - 3 Customer max plan is free for as long as you stay within it. When you move to Standard, your first month is free, and the monthly fee is then taken from your payouts.
How do clients pay, and when do I get paid?
Clients pay by card through BestTalk. We issue the invoice in your name and pay your earnings into your bank account weekly, less the card processing fee.
Will BestTalk send me new clients?
If you would like it to. Once your profile is complete you can ask to be listed in our matching service, which recommends psychologists to people looking for help. We review your profile first, and introduced clients carry a commission.
Where is client data stored?
In Microsoft Azure data centres in the UK. You remain the data controller for your own clients, and we act as your processor under a data processing agreement.
