Therapy for you

Our mantra at BestTalk is: Feeling Better Is Possible.
We believe feeling better is possible
We understand that mental health concerns can be overwhelming and challenging to navigate on your own, but we are here to make sure you get the right therapy for your individual needs. Our team of experienced and compassionate psychologists are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of care.

How does it work? Therapy starts with a converstation.
In your first session you and your psychologist will get to know each other, build a rapport and trust, and plan out your journey from where you are, to where you want to be. We will focus on your desired outcomes at all times, and you will always be central to the therapy process.
Psychology is about challenging your thinking. If you have formed unhealthy coping techniques, we will help you change those and learn new ones. At the heart of everything we do is the belief that Feeling Better Is Possible.

How do I know who is the best psychologist for me? Choose what's best for you
We believe that it's essential to have a good relationship between client and therapist - so we've taken steps towards making this process as stress-free as possible. We will show you who is the best match for you, taking into account your specific needs, not just our psychologists availability.
We will carefully match individuals with therapists who will suit their unique requirements, giving clients all they need in order to make an informed decision. On top of that, each recommended psychologist's profile includes an online video where they can talk about why they are passionate about what type of work they do; allowing potential clients to get acquainted before booking sessions.

Which Model of therapy is right for me? Tailored for your requirements
Our psychologists have a broad experience across a range of therapies and will tailor this to you. We are outcome focused, and dedicated to working in a way which will get you where you want to be as quickly, simply and directly as possible.
That said, if you do want to read up on some of the therapy approaches few offer then we have a brief explanation of the most common types of therapy below.
